Works Great; Great resource to watch streaming TV

I purchased & installed (3) ROKU units. No problem with the install & configuration thru home network.
E-Z to follow menu & resources to watch TV shows, movies and even my VEVO playlists. Wish u-tube playlists were accessible.

i bought roku 1 to watch WWE network, now I'm enjoying all the channels I get on roku. I wish that I had bought it sooner.

When Roku1 says "instant entertainment", that's just what you get. Never had a problem and don't expect to. Best buy and two thumbs up!

Pain in the rear for the most part

I am sure t his is fine for most of the world but I am very frustrated. I am Not computer literate and I do not have a computer . I have a kindle. The roku is supposed to be easy to set up but I obviously don't have it set up correctly. I just tried to watch something and very 2 -3 minutes it retrieves. That is what happens most times, about 80% of the time. I can't seem to get any one to fix it and any one I ask just says "oh, it.s so easy just...' Not Helpful At All. I really wish I hadn't purchased it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We got one as a gift last Christmas, and soon purchased another for the upstairs TV. We already had a Netflix subscription for DVD rental, but the streaming Netflix is soooo much better - faster, easier, etc. I have downloaded many of the free channels - they are much lower in quality (than Netflix, or other pay channels) & you have to put up with ads on most of them, but you can find just about anything on them.
I would recommend this to a friend!
