This was a gift that really keeps on giving! I use the Roku everyday. It's wonderful to pick what you want to see and with no commercials.

TV and Movies in hand

I bought the roku about a month ago. It is very easy to install and navigate. This is an excellent way to cut back on cable and enjoy televison shows and movies without any commercials.

Bought this 6 months ago when we "cut the cable". Don't get me wrong it's not the same as having cable but it is a good alternative. With Netflix and Hulu plus as well as the channels availing, we stay entertained. Over it is a good system.

Perfect for my needs with one shortcoming

I have used Roku 1 for several months, mostly to watch Netflix, and it has performed flawlessly . I like the compact size and it was easy to hook up. The one shortcoming is that it only displays one user list so that my wife and I don't have separate viewing lists as I do on my computer.

I have one for each all three of my televisions. The ability to move from 1 tv to another and pick up where you left off is great.

Doesn't turn off with remote. Must be unplugged and the unit gets hot..

love the options it gives you. when streaming a movie or show mine seems to take awhile and sometimes stops to catch up or find a signal.
