BOT IT 3 WEEKS AGO. SOUND SOME GREAT CHANNELS TO SUBSCRIBE TO SUCH AS THE QUELLO, WARNER ARCHIVE FOR THE 1ST TWO. BOTH OFFER MY TYPE OF ENTERTAINMENT. STILL TRYING TO FIND ONE THAT OFFERS COUNTRY ENTERTAINMENT - SOME OF THE GUIDES - I.E. ICONS ARE DIFFICULT TO JUDGE WAS THEY OFFER

I purchased the Roku 1 about two months ago. Its ok besides it being slow at times and also restarting itself at random.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The title says it all! But to fill space I'll add that I also like some of the programs, movies, etc. that I can access with it. Unfortunately, there is no serious news coverage available--just features and infomercials.

Had a blue ray player that downloaded Wi-Fi very slow...
no problem with the Roku...and easy to install and use.
