It's pretty good

It has all the features I need. It does have a tendency to restart itself any time the home wallpaper changes and also occasionally will refresh menus when I'm browsing slamming me back to the top (looking at you netflix). It feels like a hardware issue it happens when you back out of a title it will load and let you drive around for awhile then reload again for no reason. Suppose it could be the apps fault, but it is an inconvenience. Also would be nice if included remote could learn a few common tv functions chiefly power, input, and volume. It does what it's supposed to otherwise - life is great with cable.

Nice little addition to a non-WiFi TV

Works very well, easy to setup. My 4 yr old Samsung TV was not WiFi-enabled so I bought it primarily for Netflix but I also use it for HBO and Showtime on-demand. M-Go also has some good movies at a decent price.
Had a minor hiccup with Netflix - had to delete then re-install the app,then all was fine. Roku customer service was excellent.
Well worth the price to WiFi enable the TV.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have (4) in my home. I have recommended it to about (18) people, over half of them have already bought them. I would like to be able to order the live football games both college and NFL.

Cheap, Decent... You Get What You Pay For

It's a cheap product that allows you to watch entertainment on your TV. The entertainment options are limited, but... it's cheap!

Picked my ROKU 1 a few months ago. We are happy with it. My only concern is there maybe hundreds of channels but almost all (it seems) want money,so in the end there is no real savings over cable. But where I live we can't even get cable so this is a good addition to our Netflix
