Have had Roku 1 for three months now. Liked it so ell bought 2 more. Would have given it a 5 if the popular weekly shows were all "real time" like cable.

New adventure in entertainment

I got mine as a Christmas gift, honestly not knowing much about it and honestly, not knowing whether I even wanted it. Now I couldn't imagine not having it.! It id n endless and ever changing assortment of television, movie, documentary and other offerings. You can fashion your own selections, get entire seasons of programming, etc., I even found one of my favorite TV shows of the '80's, as well as current shows like "Downton Abbey', many interesting movies and documentaries. What's not to love?
An extra bonus is that it even works when your cable is down because it works off the internet.

Great options versus television

I received this as a Christmas Gift and have loved it every since. I do not have to watch garbage that is on regular television and have great choices to choose from. I also have my favorite religious channels I can watch day and night.
