No More Comcast!

We bought two Rokus about six months ago and have really enjoyed watching TV again. Four features we like the most are: NO commercials taking up time and trying to make us think we are stupid, NO more surfing through a hundred channels of garbage, NO more throwing away money to Comcast for mostly garbage that we don't want, and having Pandora to listen to - uninterrupted.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Roku box and remote

The Roku box gets hot from continued use, I unplug it and ,let it cool down. I heard it could damage the box it not. The remote could be made more durable,l its kind a delicate or even flimsy. At time its hard to operate at times when you need to reinput information to activate other sites,l like wwe network or netflix.

I'm happy with my Roku, although I have to say that shortly after buying my Roku 1 on the Roku site, they knocked $10 off the price. But on the bright side, my Roku delivers indie content from channels like Badass TV and Stars and Stripes TV...so my world is bigger and brighter.

Great for streaming Netflix

I bought this a little over 2 months ago and use it daily! I love love love it! My only "at odds" with it is, there is not an off switch to let it cool down.

it freezes

for the first hours no problems then it started freezing and continue to freeze if I continue to use it

Was tired of paying high prices for cable TV so turn it off and bought the Roku 1. The Roku is easy to install and to use, would highly recommend it.
