Great viewing opportunities!

I purchased my Roku two months ago and have enjoyed it so much! I was tired of paying expensive cable bills! Roku has given me so many viewing opportunities! I would and HAVE recommended to my family and friends! Thanks Roku!

Easy to use

My daughter and son-in-law were the ones to turn me on to Roku. After my cable bill went up again, I decided to cut that cord and go with Roku. Have enjoyed it ever since and the freedom to watch what I want to watch, when I want to watch it.

TV where there was none before!

I love my Roku 1 and now feel I can eventually drop cable. if I go the Roku route in the whole house. This purchase was a test for that. I put the Roke 1 on a small, very old portable color TV in a room with no cable. Was easy to set up and works great. I mostly watch PBS, Amazon, and Netflix and sometimes live QVC. Love it!

Works great but...

I like how it works but the time warner cable app is a pain with the remote. Very slow and sporadic when going through the channel list. Same app works fine on my ipad so have to believe there is some problem on the roku side. Picture quality is great.
