Easy to install

I have had Roku for about 2 weeks now and have enjoyed every second. It was so simple to install and comes with great features.

Roku is the best for streaming

After fighting the poor software in my smart Sony Blu-ray DVD player, I finally just bought a simple Roku 1. This device is so much better and easier to use. It streams with far less interruptions, buffering, etc. In addition, it is dynamic and I can add new channels unlike my DVD player that cannot. It is a great addition and the only way to stream - well worth the cost.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disapointing compared to Roku LT and Roku 1st gen

I bought this product about 7 months ago to replace my 1st gen for the living room. While my older LT and 1st Gen are still going strong elsewhere in my house, the newer Roku 1 is constantly glitchy freezing with almost any app and constantly losing sound (i.e. - sound just kicks off). Overall disappointing from a company that I generally recommend and love.

Not so great!

The unit is much smaller than it looks so, it is light weight and flops around. Also, this new style does not let you use wired internet. I just liked the older model much better!

I bought this for my daughter in December and it no longer works. I just get a black screen that says roku and then it says no signal.
