Smooth Experience - Very Friendly

We bought this new Roku because the old Roku remote stopped working. So we decided to go ahead a buy a brand new model. We are very happy with every thing about Roku. We use it solely to watch Netflix on our TV.

I had nothing but trouble with other devices and buffering was always a problem. I tried the Roku 1 as a last effort to stream and it has been absolutely PERFECT! Always connects at high quality and very USER FRIENDLY! I used the Roku 1 because I wanted the rca audio jacks for output to my surround sound system but I'm sure all of the Roku products will function superbly! Makes Netflix look like it should every time!

Huge variety of channels with hundreds and hundreds of movie, tv, and music choices accessible on my tv. No more big screen movies on a laptop!

I love the selection and the "My List" option.

I've had it for several months, I love the selections and choices. I have two suggestions for improvement, I recently started getting error notices on the TV that says "Please wait, loading", it interrupts the movie and is annoying. I called and they reset it but it is still doing it. Sometimes it happens, sometime not. Also, there are a lot of older popular movies that are not available, i.e. Abyss, Lake Placid, Tarzan (Brendan Frazier) and others. How can I request them.

Love My Roku 1, just wished I had bought the Roku 2 because of the headphone feature. But overall very happy.

A lot of content, but not an easy way to search

Make searches more relevant to find content. Since there is too much to search, I'd like to find content based on the original broadcast date.
