Works great, wish there was some way to turn it off when not using it, besides unplugging it. Otherwise it's ok.

This is our latest Roku. We have an old school HD and a Roku 2. This one is better than either model due to the smoother streaming capability it offers. Also the oldest model we have does not support certain premium cable streaming services such as the on demand versions of Showtime and Cinemax. This one does. If you don't own one yet this is great. Also great for a second bedroom or unconnected cabana/garage or second home so you can take your cable programming with you wherever you go. Its a no brainer.

Netflix really needs to update their channel app to allow changing users. It sucks having to use one user for both my kids' room and the master bedroom... COMPLETELY different programming.

Great for kids room

My kids were sick of watch the same movies so we invested in a roku instead of a cable box. We went and got another one it's wonderful. Although the free channels suck we pay 8 dollars a month for HULU Plus and my kids can watch there shows. Great thing is if you have 2 roku's you just put both on your account and only pay one fee for the HULU Plus. And if you purchase movies through VUDU or have a downloaded on on VUDU you can watch it on your ROKU! NEED INTERNET TO SET UP>
