Perfect solution

I've had my Roku 1 for a number of months now. I use it to watch Netflix & Amazon Prime. No more waiting while the programs load, or having to wait in the middle of a movie for it to load. The Roku downloads the program quickly and I'm able to watch my entire program easily.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this quite a while ago and have truly enjoyed playing with it. So much to choose from for viewing and very different from traditional tv options.

I bought this in March I love it so easy to use you can put it on any tv.in the house the apps are great. I will be purchasing the stick for my granddaughters tv much cheaper than cable I tell all my friends and family about roku my sister even bought one she loves it we think it is just the greatest thing ever and you can't beat the price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

After the first one broke down on me within 3 months, I replaced it with another one. This one seems to work only when it wants too. I watch a lot of Nexflix, so maybe I'm over using it. I'm really unhappy with this product.

Dropped cable

I got a Roku 1 and tried it for a few weeks...liked it so much I cancelled my cable tv. Now I have 1000's of things to watch, mostly free....Liked it so much I bought 2 more 1's and a 2.

Connectivity Issues

First few months of ownership were great. Since the warranty expired I've been less than happy. Bad connectivity issues. The player loses the wifi signal every 5 to 10 minutes requiring the player to be rebooted by powering off and back on. No more falling asleep watching TV or listening to Pandora.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
