I love this little box. It plays my favorite streaming media (Pandora, Netflix, and Amazon Prime). There are several streaming boxes that won't play Amazon Prime due to conflicts in marketing, so be careful in what you purchase.

very convenient, but lacking many programs

This is a convenient, easy-to-use device that is good for most watching. My critique is that I can't get a lot of things on it that I can get for free through my computer. For example, I wasn't able to find ANY programs or channels that featured live poker play, and instead of offering 150 or so NOVAs from PBS, there are only like 13 episodes. Not cool. I also can't stream pre-recorded NFL games on the ROKU like I can on the computer. I don't understand why it doesn't have a feature where you can hook up your computer scree to the TV. If it did, it would be 100% perfect.

I have now purchased five Roku streaming devices. One Roku 1 and four Roku 2s.
I bought one for my den and my bedroom and another house in Casa Grande. I then
bought two more as gifts for my brother and my son. I have had no issues, except
on my Roku 1, I have to unplug it and plug it back in (reboot) it to get it to come on.
