Awesome little machine

Not as good as the XD

I own this one & an XD. This model is slower & the remote is less responsive than the XD.

I already owned a Roku 3, but purchased a "1" because I still have more than one old t.v.'s that are not 1080's but offer a great picture...and they just don't seem to wear out. So, the affordable Roku 1 (refurbished, no less) was a GREAT buy. For anyone looking to stream without spending too much, THIS is the way to go!

Not good for traveling in an RV

Many RV campgrounds require a browser page to be opened and a password or a check to be put in a box and 'Agree' clicked. That isn't possible with a Roku so it won't work on those networks and is not a good choice for traveling.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I enjoy the roku 1 that I use along with the other rokus that I own. I understand that it is not bluetooth,but it is not compatible with the others and it makes it easier to use. I like it the best.

This is an amazing system and a must for those who enjoy more from their tv experience. I watch most of my tv on roku. I couldln't be without it.
