Very good player with so many channels. It is slow sometimes but I can live with it. Overall I am a happy customer.

I received my Roku 1 as a gift and it, paired with an aerial antenna, has replaced cable in my home!

Could be better

We have had this for a few months and use it for Netflix. When hitting the button to scroll through it won't slide over to the next item it continually keeps scrolling until it randomly stops on it's own. It's a hassle to look for something to watch.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My boys originally bought me a ROKU, and I had no idea what it was. I fell in love instantly and now have a second one. We have seven TV's in our home and I hope to have seven ROKU's in the future. Nothing compares. Movies instantly. Great choices from Amazon Prime on free movies. I don't know why anyone would not want a ROKU. Aaaahhhh technology!

I've had the ROKU 1 for about 3 months and am thrilled with it. Easy to use and hook up my 70 year old roommate can operate it which is great. I've had no problems and I truly do not miss paying the cable company.

The Roku 1 has been a great product. The interface is very clean which is a huge plus. Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Pandora, Spotify, and WatchESPN all work amazingly. We are extremely happy with the Roku!
