Never regretted my purchase!

I bought the Roku 1 just to see what it was all about and I didn't have cable in my bedroom, only in the living room. I hooked it up, registered on-line, and started selecting my channels. It was great! It was easy! I already had accounts with Netflix and Hulu Plus, but there were so many other channels and they were free! I have never regretted buying my Roku and have told others how great it is to add to my media options. I can also move it with ease from the bedroom to the living room, when I want to watch movies and shows that just are not available with cable. I am so happy with my Roku. I am considering buying another one!

Great addition to home network

Was a present sometime after Christmas, great buy with enough simplicity to be a cable box but enough power behind it to develop she pretty cool apps, either with or without official support, fostering a unique community of developers/consumers. Easy to setup, seemingly unlimited content, and easy connection via either old school red, white, yellow cables or to flatscreen with HDMI.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to hook up and operate

We have had this for approx. 2 months and are using it more to watch TV than our regular provider. We don't have any problem finding up to date programming for all the stations. Very economical - we love it.

I love this product. I wish I could get rid of my cable. The hubby won't allow it. But, I can get all the content I need from my Roku.
