too many channels to choose from

I like my Roku but unfortunately Choice Cable Tv is not listed as a Tv provider so I cannot watch most of the channels. But I am happy that I can watch Netflix.

Was a Good Choice at the Time

At the time I bought this is was a good choice based on my needs then. It's still a good choice now in I'm probably saving money by not having access to some of the things I like now. When I upgrade my entertainment system, I will definitely be upgrading my Roku for the wants I have now.

Bought this because my Samsung Blu-ray was always malfunctioning streaming netflix. This works a lot better but will still act up about twice a month. Found a code you can use to reset it, or pull the power plug and it fixes itself. The thing is Roku has been around for some time, why not fix the problems. I have a relative with a Roku 2, and they have some of the same problems.So if you don't mind resetting it once in awhile, when it works it is pretty good. Much better than the Samsung.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased my Roku to be able to watch a variety of shows on TV as I do not have cable TV. I love the ease of operation and the convenience. This is my second Roku. A friend gave me my first one several years ago and I loved it so I replaced it recently with the wireless model. It is very easy to operate. I also have one for my bedroom TV. I am able to see a very wide range of streaming channels and I would definitely recommend it. It is a good product for reasonable price.
