Love the ease of opperation as well a the many features, such as being able to controll it with my phone. Does not work well with the HDMI cable though tends to freeze up.

So Simple! So Easy to Use

I bought the Roku unit to replace one by Sony because I simply wanted the closed caption feature not available on the Sony unit I had.
What an eye opener for me. It was easy as 1-2-3 to connect and menu selection was super simple. A quick call to Mumbai made other features easy to establish. I would recommend this model to anyone who wants to cut the cable.

I really like my Roku 1 but I wish it had a couple features like the Roku 3 does. I wish you were able to switch users on Netflix and I wish it had better graphics within Netflix such as when an episode is over. I also wish Netflix, Netflix especially, and Hulu were set up more like they are on thee computer or within the app for Apple. I find that the way it is set up it is a little hard to navigate.
