I bought this a month ago, in hopes i could cut my cable, unfortunately i am sticking with cable. The Pandora app is horrible plays two or three songs then it stops.Also, what I do not care for is you can not search the channels and when you find a channel you like, download it, reopen it, you have to go online to activate it. Its a real pain, most of the time when the channel gets activated it takes a while to be updated on the ROKU. the netflix app format is set up poorly as well. Not impressed, at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We bought 2 of these devices 2 months ago ave it was such a smart decision. We love it! You get so many options (many free) and can even keep up with the newest season of your favorite shows. We have since canceled our cable service and have saved $70 a months. We highly recommend!

This is my second Roku player. Like my first Roku, it provides excellent service and access to the highest quality shows and movies available. I would absolutely hate to have to go back to the same old commercial tv programs ever again!!! Roku is the BEST!

I have had my roku for a few months now and am very happy with it. There are a few things that I wish I was able to watch without having to have a cable subscription. But overall I am able to watch most things and they have a wide variety of things to watch.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is my second roku and it definitely works like a champ. This second one froze up twice which is a first but a hard reset fixed the issue.

Have had for three years and not a problem. Only had to call tech support once and it was to set the router to a less congested channel. Great service and a great device that makes you forget about not having cable!

expands my movie watching. easy to use. bought 2, one foe me nd one for granddaughter who was leaving for college. one was installed very easy but the other one was a bit more difficult getting password.
