So many options!

I had a hard fall and sprained my ankle walking to work on Christmas Eve. Later that night my son gave me a Roku for Christmas. Being homebound fit the past four weeks I have watched so many movies and series on Amazon and Netflix. The You tube channel let me watch my own concert videos on my big screen TV. There is so much more for me to explore with this. I think it's great. I love it. The perfect gift at the perfect time!

This is the perfect way to get tv in my children's rooms without doing damage to walls! It's easy to set up and use. With apps like HBO to go they can even access the same stuff as we get in family room. That's without paying for multiple cable boxes and a tech to come in and run wires!! I will be buying one for my room this year as well!

Good streaming, remote acts up

Got this a month ago. Good display, nice channel selection, good streaming performance. When scrolling through selections the screen will sometimes skip (scroll) over extra lines. Is it the remote? The main unit? My old Roku 2 didn't do this, so I don't think it's the TV. Makes it hard to select an icon when it does this.

not much desirable free content

It was given to me for christmas, most things I would like to watch have a hefty fee. Free content isn't too desirable. I spend most of my time watching cable but have watched some clips on you tube.

I received this as a gift from my son and it is one of the greatest gifts he's ever given me. We have DirecTV and I choose to use my Roku above that..

very slow and cumbersome to search, too many ads

was a gift from my children so I would not have to have my laptop/HDMI cable to watch tv/ not much of an improvement, you need to find a new search method,
I have 4 people on my Netflix, we can only see one persons selection, does not show where a stopped movie can restart, a so so product, there must be better on the market,
