We bought TWO of these and had to return both. We got the first one and 2 days later the Internet stopped working on it, the box was running extremely hot even after just an hour of use. We exchanged it for a second one and after about a week it was the same thing. I will not buy another.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I received this for Christmas, and I have been totally Impressed. The network channels I never found anything to watch, some on cable were ok. But now that I have this service I can find many of my favorites when ever I want to watch them: in addition to a great selection of movies.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I got this product for Christmas and for me to watch a movie, I have to make an appointment, but now I have watched a dozen movies or more since I got this as its so easy to figure out.

I love product because it is plug and play! I do not want get an education to watch TV. This is simple and works out of the box.

This unit replaced another company's that cost four times as much. We wanted a simple way to access Netflix. We also got the ability to access a lot of other channels! Very exciting, very easy. Once connected, there is no fuss or bother. We bought a second unit for another room we were so pleased.

The main reason for buying this device was to view special programs and movies at our leisure, with convenience. Roku does all of that that and more for us!
