Upgrade?

I got this as an "upgrade" for my Roku XD. BUT, I have discovered that when the HDMI cable is plugged in, the composite video output is disabled! Why is this? When you unplug the HDMI cable, the video output works fine. I wish I had known this before I bought it. The audio outputs work fine all the time. The XD's composite A/V outputs work all the time, whether an HDMI cable is plugged in or not. LAME
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love it....quick access to Netflix and Amazon Prime....set up and fully functional in about 5 minutes. ONLY thing I'd like is a bigger remote. Not easy to move around for someone like me with chubby fingers!!!! But overall, I LOVE it and so glad I got it....and WAY cheaper than getting a Smart TV.

You can stream torrents even to a 1980s television

No complaints except I wish it was easier to find and add/remove channels and that the Roku app for Plex server didn't drop the connection all the time.

King of smart boxes!

Having worked in electronics retail for 4 years I have seen the rise of the Roku box!
It just works, it's simple, easy to set up and connect to the Internet.
It hosts all of the channels you are after and has a great internet connection I've never had it drop out once on me! (Compared to a lot of other products!)
I was using a different brand, up until recently, I purchased a new Roku and will never look back.
Make the right decision, make it Roku!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this about a month ago . Initially bit struggled to connect to the Internet . But I sort it out soon with step by step customer support. It's working fine now. Worth enough .
