I've used this above and beyond what I paid for it. I mean i honestly can't see why ppl pay all of this money every month for cable when all you need is a Roku. And not to mention all of the awesome apps that you can download to interact or stream. I'm beyond impressed and am looking to upgrade to the Roku 3

This was my second Roku product. The first was a Roku Stick. I Iove these products since my cable company now insists on renting DVR boxes for each TV. The products are easy once you have connected with the Wi Fi. My problem arose with the set-up of this device. Directions were hard to follow. It took a call to a Roku technician to fin out that the cord inluded in the box didn't work. I needed to buy an HDMI cord for it to work with my High Definition TV. This info should have been in the directions.

Wish it had a plug-in for faster internet

Overall I really love my Roku! My only complaint is that our area doesn't get the best wireless service, so the wireless can be a little slow. If there was a plug in the device to plug the modem in directly, it would speed up the internet and would make it better.
Also, I wish it had a power button so I can turn it off.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I really am glad I got a Roku1. I use it wirh my stalite tv and it delivered more awesome choices of movies,and things that I actualy want to see, than with the satalite alone. I actualy cut my satalite bill down and pay less for more quality shows! It is reliable, and when it was storming and satalite went out, my Roku was crystal clear! Everyone needs one of these!!!
