Superb Channel Choices!

This Roku Support person is so efficient! I was giving up & asked in email for an address to which I could return it. A lady named Asha (a Roku supervisor?) called me from India! Asha clearly walked me through my set-up struggles & it's now GREAT.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have two of the Rocky boxes and I love them my kids are happy no high price for them I would recommend them to anyone who hasn't tried it

Best thing I ever did for myself.. I can now watch all my Foreign Movies on my TV rather than my computer..I get to hear the news without ads, My older grandkids get a great slection of things to watch. Best thing since my Keurig coffee maker.

This roku unit was easy to hook up and easy to program.It works with any tv ,even if it isn't an hdtv capable set.Picture is great.

Was unsure when I bought it. This is a lot better than the previous unit I had.
Shuffling thru the different sections is very quick and easy. Very quick response when you make a selection. I would recommend it!!!!

Love my Roku

I know what you are saying, if you love it why did you knock off a star. Well, the big problem I have is there is no way to shut it off. I would love for it to have a power switch. Sometimes electronics act up and the best way to reset them is to turn them off and on. Same is true with computers, modems, DVD's, plus it helps to save electricity. There is no power switch, so you have to unplug it or in my case I have everything on a power strip and end up shutting off the power switch at night. However, don't want to do that if I just want to turn off the Roku. Also, it is frustrating to get the channel for free only to find out that it is free, but then you have to pay for stuff.

I received as a gift and thought it would be a substitute for the cable we discontinued, but the news is old and repeats same stories for days. Most everything has a cost that requires codes you get from your computer that is not in my bedroom where the TV is. It was easy to hook up but using it is frustrating. The feed cuts out often. I don't really like it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
