No need for cable!

I love my Roku box, I got the Roku 1 bc of my funds at the time but it's actually more than I expected! I can watch Netflix, Hulu, ABC, HBO, Showtime, ESPN(I was actually able to watch the NFL draft live!)!! My parents have cable so I was able to use their login info for all the channels requiring a cable subscription. Not to mention I HAVE NO CABLE BILL!! Although occasionally I'll give a little to my parents for allowing me to use their subscription in order to have access to tv lol
I would recommend this to a friend!

I think the roku is a great product. Personally, I wish they offered that you can purchase things like the Disney channel or similar without having to log into a cable provider. We want to get rid of cable, but can not because my fiancée likes football, and we won't be able to watch live games with it. Also, cannot view new episodes (even with log in provider) until next day. But it is a great option for ppl who do not need sports and don't watch much cable, especially if you have Netflix, Hulu or Amazon prime.

Good and simple to use

I brought this just over a month ago. I wanted something simple and small to hide. It's so easy to use the kids have no problems operating it

I purchased 2 Roku's and will be purchasing the newest version with voice search. Prior to Roku, I used Sony BlueRay players with wifi to access Netflix, Hulu, etc. Roku beats my Sony hands down with not only more channels, but access is so much faster. Love it!!!!

What an awesome player! Love the huge selection of channels. Play on roku and the remote app are great features too. My only complaint is the netflix interface- you cant switch profiles. If this could be fixed it would be an easy 5 stars.
