I watch more t.v and shows on my box. My grandson stay up to date with friends. And you don't have to pull out the laptop. We have everything we need. On here.

Easy use-cable/satellite TV should be worried!

This is the second Roku that I have purchased. I bought the second unit for another TV because I was so satisfied with the first unit. I am amazed at the advances made in the size of the unit and the options available. Cable/satellite companies should be worried. Roku simplifies the process of television viewing. Other than the initial purchase for the Roku unit, there are no rental fees unlike cable companies receivers, DVRs, etc. Additionally, an individual can subscribe to HBOGO, Netflix etc without having to pay for unwanted channels. This is a Great product.

Easy to set up and use

We have an older flat screen tv and I initially thought we couldn't make it internet ready, but after looking over some reviews decided to give it a try. Easy to set up, even for the less tech savvy individual. Go for it!

a great way to watch Netflix!

My mom bought this newer edition of the Roku because our older edition would not connect to the internet router that was a couple feet away. Since this new purchase, Netflix is available to watch on our television again. Some other Roku channels are accessed as well, such as Amazon, but for the most part Netflix is primarily used. I am relieved that this newer edition allows you to use subtitles while watching Netflix. The only thing that I wish was accessible on the Roku, would be to switch between Netflix accounts.
