I bought this Ruku a month ago and I don't regret it. love the thing. I have Every channel I dream of. I don't even watch regular TV. every thing is on my Ruku with less commercial.......... THANK YOU RUKU

I am very happy I bought my Roku 1. There are many, many choices for programs to watch. I will never have cable again. My whole family has Roku and enjoys it very much.

I recently upgraded my roku player. I've been happy with the exception of two things. First, the remote is very small and the ergonomic design makes it hard to hold on to. Next, the 3 second rewind takes more like 7 seconds and sometimes locks up completely. I haven't tried calling customer service yet because with the nice weather I'm not watching as much Netflix but hopefully they will be responsive to my issue. I definitely recommend roku because it's easy to set up and very inexpensive. I may just have a bad remote or something.
