I brought this took me a week to get it connected finally had to take it back most things costs the heck out of you hardly nothing free on it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is wonderful. I'm on a fixed income and had to lose my cable. A friend told me about roku and I have enjoyed it and told my friends. Loving it!

For somebody who pretty much watches PBS, Netflix and Amazon, this is the perfect (inexpensive) big screen solution.

Bought Roku to replace cable and very pleased with my purchase. Not only am I saving $$$$, I have a huge selection of movie/TV programs to watch. Bought a converter box to watch local news.
