I brought the Roku over a month ago. I brought to play netflix and hulu, but keep having trouble with Netflix. Tried troubleshooting but still cannot get Netflix to work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought the Roku 1 for my guest room for when my mom visits, she loves all the old 50's and 60's shows and movies that she finds on it. I have an assortment of Roku's in all the rooms in my house, best investment I ever made and I don't miss cable a bit :)

Had an older television that we wanted a media player connected to. We purchased the Roku1 and we are very pleased with our purchase. Hookup was very easy and works perfectly.
