Easy to hook up and even easier to use!

We've had our Roku 1 for a couple months now. It was so easy to install and even easier to navigate. We love being able to stream of favorite channels!

we cut the cable TV cord

We have had the Roku 1 for a year now, and are quite happy with it. We can watch most all of our old cable favorites on services like Hulu, Amazon and Netflix. We have a high speed internet connection, I can't say how this would work with something slower. If you want to get away from cable, Roku is the way to go.

Good for the most part

Kind of slow sometimes on certain aps. Started having problems with sound when changing inputs or if you turn off the TV. Then I have to reset the unit and then it loses the saved settings. Has trouble or doesn't have the function to keep subcriptions. For example, every once in a while I have to re-validate ESPN and History Channel aps.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I got this for a older TV in an extra bedroom. It works well and saved me a lot of money by not buying a new TV.

I swear by Roku and have recommended it to alot of people. They are not expensive to buy. I have wireless Internet, hooked Roku up, instructions are easy. I'm now addicted to Roku now have on all my TV set. Only thing that would be nice would be if my local news station were on Roku.
