I bought this product on a whim not knowing what to expect. I didn't know anyone that had one. I absolutely love it! It even has sites to view free movies

I love my Roku1, originally I had bought a different streaming device but returned that & picked up the Roku1 & never looked back; it was very easy to connect.. I was thrilled when they recently added live stream news sites & I was glad they mentioned to 'refresh the update link' otherwise I would have not known to do that for the updates.. In 2015 I will add HBOGo & the other new streaming sites but for now I use mostly Netflix, Crackle & MGo

My daughter bought this for me months ago but I was afraid to set it up. No worries, I called the number enclosed in the box and voila, they walked me thru each and every step. Problem is I can't stop watching it.

Bought one and set up by mistake in German. Called Cust Sup and they were very happy to help me reset it in English! It quit working and called back and they replaced it no questions asked! Great company!!!

Great way to watch TV

This was our third purchase of a Roku. Now we have one for each TV in the house. Roku has been great for us, since we do not have cable TV and live in an area where over the air TV is spotty.
