Works better than Chromecast

Switched to Roku after our chromecast died suddenly... So glad we have it, it works so much better and more reliably.

Terrible performance

I bought this product a few months ago and it was a mistake. The ability to stream Hulu is almost non-existent. A 20 minute program will buffer, retrieve data, or freeze at least 10 to 15 times during the program. Using the rewind feature of the ROKU will cause the screen to go green and you basically have to close out the program and start over. Very frustrating experience!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Better than cable ...personal programming..

We enjoy the choices....can pick our own sources and from there outline our personal programming for whatever we want, instead of what is given at that time on tv. We have yet to explore all the features but Roku can't be beat at our house.

The Best Way to Watch TV

I did not know anything about Roku until I bought RCA TV with Roku in it. I was able to upload free tv channels and news around the world. This device is the best. It save me money, and I get to choose what I want to watch on my own time. The documentaries it covers are just superve.
