I purchased my Roku about a month ago. I have no idea why I put off for so long, a bit afraid of technology, I think. It was so simple to install, truly amazing. I am now in control of what, and when I watch at a fraction of the price I was paying!! I still have a lot to explore and I am looking forward to it all.

I have a similar device in the living area but wanted one for my bedroom. Two of my daughters have a Roku and recommended it. So I went and purchased one and glad I did.

Roku 1 breathed new life into my older tv

I've been using my Roku 1 device for almost a month now, and it is flawless! It loads faster than my blue ray player evere did. I am very satisfied with it.

I am not a techno-wizard....that being said, the ROKU 1 is a great fit for me. Easy to install, easier to operate, and easily the most efficiently simple device that I own.

Have had two Roku sticks that quit recognizing remote after a month or so. thus far the box seems to be a better product
