Great basic streaming device!

The Roku 1 is a great little device. It is a stand-alone product and doesn't require that you stream through a phone or tablet as you do with the "stick" streamers such as Google Chromecast. Roku just needs a wi-fi Internet connection, and it is quite simple to set up. There are hundreds of "channels" available, and a large majority of them are free. I had only one minor problem at the beginning, but customer service was very helpful. They walked me through the fix, and I was back in business.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is actually the second roku that I have owned. It is so easy to use and set up. Its small compact size makes it easy to place almost anywhere.

My Favorite Streaming Product!

I now have four Roku 1 players in my household (one in each room with a TV) and we love them all! We've gone strictly to streaming and canceled cable and the options through the Roku have made this possible. Will definitely be purchasing a few as gifts for family this Christmas!
