I bought the Roku 1 because I still have an older TV. My DVD player has some online streaming, mainly Netflix and Youtube, but after Youtube updated and stopped working, I felt I needed to find an inexpensive alternative. The Roku is it!
It works great, loads fast, and the quality is excellent. I haven't had any buffering issues at all. If you are considering buying one, get one.

I thought I would not be able to navigate this product. It is very easy and convenient. I am so glad I gave up cable. This is a true bargain!!

My husband got Roku as a present because cable direct does not have the movies
he likes to see. He is very happy with Roku and the fact that it is so easy to handle.
I am happy also because he can see what he wants and is happy with his movies.

This device gives me a lot of options for channels. In fact, I have cut the cable now and am saving money. I would recommend it to anyone who has wifi.

Great Movies and TV Shows

I got this for a birthday present in June, and k am very pleased. I just wished all the seasons of the TV show called the game were on there. I also wished the TV show from VH1 called Bring it was on it.

I was sceptical about this player in the beginning but after I got it running and updated...I was happy with its performance......it was well worth the price I paid for it.
