Love it, but a few struggles

I love my Roku - it's great for people, like me, who do not need or want full cable. I love being able to watch Netflix and Hulu very accessibly while keeping my computer free. However, Hulu often does not work , buffers frequently, and stops/ crashes unexpectedly. I tested out to see if it's bandwidth - but that's not the issue as other video streaming services seem to work just fine. The official help page for Hsays the only solution is to restart the wifi and the Roku. However the issue is so pervasive I have had to restart it every time I've tried to watch an episode, often multiple times in just a few hours. This is not sustainable and I have reverted back to using my computer plugged in rather than tough it out on my Roku. Unfortunate, but it's just not workable.

I find the product to be easy to install and use. Sometimes it had a tendency to make the channels roll without being touched.

I liek the fact that this enables me to pick and choose what I can watch.
My only complaint is that it will only work on one TV at a time. There is not a way to stream to both TV's.

I bought this for my mother's source of entertainment because the cable companies are the biggest ripoffs. She and I both are enjoying the many varieties of programs made available. NO REPETITIONS. Loving it! Go Roku! You rock!

I had bought the Google Chromecast and it was garbage! I returned it and did my research and found that the Roku had great reviews! So went back out and bought it and I love it! SO easy to use and I love that it works with older TVs.
I would recommend this to a friend!
