I bought this to get rid of cable. I use HD antenna for local tv. Roku has a diverse and compelling lineup. I have to deal with commercials, but they're short. Overall a very good experience for the 1-time price.

We have 2 roku 1 devices, and one apple tv..... i prefer the roku to any other streaming device i have tried. if we need to replace or get another i will absolutely be buying another roku

Love... Love.. Love..My Roku was kind of over whelming at first too much info, but its great I do not miss my cable tv at all.

No more cable

I got the ROKU because I told Direct TV to stick it. With the free channels and a handful of pay ones it's more TV than your ever going to watch. With the ROKU you pick and choose just the channels you want and being able to use your full keyboard on my phone loging in and search is a snap.
