Great I love it

We got ours three mounts age and it works great. I told my two sisters and some friends about it and now they have at least two in their home ,They love it.We only wish we could get Fox news live.

I am very happy with my Roku player. It turned my twenty year old TV into a smart TV for $50 bucks. My only problem is with my Internet provider because they do not provide access to half of what Roku offers.

Yes, It Rocks!

Our house has five (5) of these devices and four of them are Roku 2 's. I bought the Roku 1 for an older TV and had reservations about whether it would work or the signal would be OK, etc. Like every other Roku I have, it just works, folks! Our Rokus are paired with a good wireless router and a 5Mb connection. No worries!

We have no cable lines run out to where we live so i bought this a month ago and still add new channels all the time. We have very old TVs and all the cables were included to make the installation very easy. The instructions were easy to follow and not being tech savvy myself, the Roko 1 took over. It connected to my wifi itself and all I had to do was put in the password and pick or search (easily done) the channels I wanted to watch. Very impressed so the next day, I bought another one!

Loving My Roku

We ditched our cable, Dish, Direct saving money and loving our freedom to only pay for what we want to watch with the help of our Roku.

Great Value, Cancelled Cable & Not Looking Back

I purchased the Roku 1 a month or so ago to replace an older version. I cancelled my cable service about two years ago, and just stick to watching Netflix on my Roku. I have no desire to get cable again in the future. It's a great value, pretty cheap, and I've had no real issues with it.There is one thing that drives me crazy. When binge watching a show on Netflix, it doesn't automatically go to the next episode as my friends' Xboxes and Playstations do. I have to go back to the episode list and select the next one. It's annoying when I have it on the background while I'm doing other things, episode ends, and I have to stop what I'm doing to play the next episode. It's not Netflix's problem, as I have it set up on my account to automatically play the next episode, but I think that only applies to playing it on your computer.
Roku - PLEASE look into changing this, or creating an auto-play option. This is the only reason I did not give 5 stars.
