I am 72 yrs. This little box is easy to use. However one of the free movie channels locks up after only a few minutes and the audio is not in sinc with picture.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Stalling Streaming

I have had Roku for almost a year now. Up til recently, the internet is down due to a storm and we don't have roku up and running. That is the only con about owning one. Also I am a member of Hulu Plus and we don't get our favorite shows on there (ie, hgtv or tlc).
I miss cable but the price is so silly. Roku will have to do.

Roku 1 Works Perfect

I purchased the Roku 1 for my little, 6-year-old Toshiba television that I keep in the kitchen. I have a newer model Roku 3 that I use with my newer tv, but it would work with the Toshiba. I love my Roku. It was easy to install, takes up very little space, is easy to use, programs load fast, and the sound and picture quality are great. I'm so happy I purchased this device.

I purchase because we have no cable or dish. Have an older tv and no outside antenna. This Roku picks up my WIFI at the furthest point in the house. I love it.
