Good overall but a few downfalls

#1 complaint is Roku does not support multiple Netflix profiles. Otherwise its a decent product.

I bought my roku 2 months ago and I love it. I don't miss cable at all. I bought 1 and went out and bought another for my upstairs bedroom. My mother in law saw mine and liked it so much she bought her own.

We are older and not very tech savvy. The ROKU 1 was easy and quick to install and the remote is very simple to operate. Free channel selection is very broad and the pay channels are, for the most part, quite inexpensive.
I would recommend this to a friend!
