Can listen at last

I bought a Roku to be used in the building at the back of the garden I call "my studio". My habit when I work is to listen to movies. Unfortunately I have the few DVD's memorized. I wanted to be able to stream films I have not listened to and now I am happily doing my art and listening away. Now I have a Roku at my condo in the city, one in the living room at my home and one in the studio. Life with Roku is good.

Very satisfied!! We are looking to cut cable and the Roku has help us make that decision. Set-up was more then expected as they had to update the unit, but it is worth it.

I am thoroughly enjoying my Roku 1 and may upgrade to a newer model later on, but for a person who just is curious about it as I was the Roku 1 is a great starting point to explore it's capabilities. I don't know what all features are available in the other 2 models, but one feature I'd like to have that I don't is the ability to also browse the web and I hope that Roku or someone else comes out with a browser application for the Roku. That would truly be sweet!

Brought on black Friday but just hook up a month ago with Netflix and now huluplus. I was paying big bucks for a cable tv without anything to watch. There always something to watch on Roku.

Bought this particular Roku box about a month ago to enable ROKU content to be viewed on our 70" SONY LCD TV that didn't have standard HDMI inputs. I was able to use the composite jacks to connect to the TV and now have excellent content in our Rec Room and unlimted choices of content while we work out or entertain. Perfect solution for us.
