Love the movies, but hate my remote! It is infuriating! I point and click at least six times before the remote located the sensor! Not sure what ROKU we bought, but probably number 1 as my tv is old and not a flat screen.

I have bought two of the Roku 1 devices! That should say that I love the device. Easy to use. Easy to set up. Channel listings are good.

Could be better

I got my Roku a month ago and while it's great for netflix and costs less than cable or satellite, it could be better. It would be nice if it allowed you to find videos straight from the box with a Web browser instead of trying to find a video you can beam to it as over half the videos never seem to work. Also it would be nice to have access to crave or shomi. It's not the worst thing out there but it could be better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
