This thing is slow and has a terrible user interface (the Netflix and Sling layouts are especially bad compared to other devices), but it gets the job done. Considering Roku is about the only device Sling is available on, there's not much of a choice.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I enjoy watching Netflix and everything I can. Wish there was a way to stream my cable with it so I could watch baseball. But it's nice for the price and was easy to set up

A lot of work to get the stations and then most have a monthly fee. Might as well pay for cable.
