We've had our Roku for a while now. We lost service when we started having problems with our router, and the Roku tech was so sweet and worked so hard to help us resolve problem. We finally got a new router and Roku came up perfectly. The Roku folks even sent email to see if we had gotten the problem resolved. Don't see that kind of care form too many companies. The Roku itself works great. The movies stream so smoothly that I am in awe. May upgrade to a more fancy one later on but right now this one is serving us very well.

Just love my roku. I'm enjoying watching the new series which are only available on Netflix. Grace and Frankie is a real hoot. Have several,of my friends getting them and enjoying commercial free viewing. Woo Hoo !

Works well! Some decent free channels, but the best channels require a subscription/payment to access. Overall, I am pleased with this purchase. I am glad Roku still has a player that works with older SD televisions!

With my Roku I can watch show clips from my favorite News Channel without a cable subscription fee for channels I never watch. It's like having a virtual DVR for lots of content. I especially enjoy being able to view Youtube on my television.

Great features but horrible wifi radio

This is a nice upgrade from my previous first generation but the wifi connectivity is horrible. I had the Roku no further than 20 feet from my wifi access point and it would not stay connected. Maybe I should've bought the more expensive Roku3???
