This is the second one purchased for our home. Upon the words of a co-worker of my daughter we purchased the first RUKU. After seeing for myself how wonderful it works, I purchased one for my bedroom. Best money spent on entertainment.

I bought the Roku 1 because I had an older style TV and it could connect to it. Simple to set up and get going! I now have a new HDTV and connect my Roku 1 by HDMI and love the clarity. I would recommend Roku 1 to anyone who had an older style TV or even a newer one!

Excellent product

I have been using the Roku for a month and find it an excellent alternative to cable. I wish local stations could be accessed (I use antenna for these). Roku is easy to setup and use, has good product support, and offers a lot of movies and TV shows.

I like my new Roku box but there needs to be more cable channels available for example I wanted to watch A&E and it told me to log in with my cable provider I live in a small town in the middle of no where with no cable provider and that's the whole reason I got the Roku box

Good for its value

I got this for our bedroom TV which is not HD. Works great for its value. I wish Netflix was updated, however; it still uses the old logo and does not have the choice between users feature. I'll live it with it so we have Netflix in our bedroom again.

I love my roku. It offers so many options. Love feeln which is cheap and netflix and hulu plus. If you download the horror channel its more then just that. It has movies for children comedies plus all John Wayne movies. Theres so many free movies with their wide assortment of channels. Very easy to get up and running. Amazing customer support.
