plays well when you have a strong wifi

I have had roku for just over a year, sent unit back for intermittent problem. roku sent me a new unit and it produces a vivid picture, yet it can only do so with a strong wifi. My computer can get the weak wifi better than the roku. need to be able to get weak signals

I have another Roku and another brand device (2 houses/3 locations in the dwellings) and the Roku is far superior, easy to use and faster downloads.

am having problems with netflix and amazon pime

I got this about a month ago so I could get rid of Direct tv which wasn't working as well as it should have. My boyfriend recommended this and it works great at his house. At my house I have to keep deleting Netflix and adding it back in and Amazon Prime is buffering every 3 minutes. I don't know where the problem is originating. I like the Roku very much but these problems are not being fixed with the suggestions I have found on fixing my problems.

I was having issues with watching Netflix on my Wii so I thought I would try this product out. It's awesome as I can stream stuff like Starz and HBA on it as well.
