Smarter Televison

I have had my first one for awhile and it made so much sense that I purchased a couple more for other televisions in my house. This can save so much money throughout the year compared to paid cable.

my second one. dont buy the streaming stick unless you wanna buy a practically new one from me for about half price. i hate the stick but love the box

I have 3 of these in my home & love them all except one of them the remote freezes up & u have to take a battery out & put it back in to make it start working again (yes have replaced the w/new batteries also). Besides that I can not brag enuff on this device. Beyond user friendly even for children. Lots of wonderful apps not offered w/other devices (such as Apple TV I have one of those also & I like this much better).

Fits the bill

I have an older TV with only two HDMI ports, which are being used by my set top box and DVD player. Because the Roku 1 accommodates video cables, I was able to connect it to the unused audiovideo ports on the TV. Roku 1 doesn't have all the bells and whistles of the newer models, but it gives me my connection to Netflix, which is all I need. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Reasonably easy to use, but I needed help with the set us as I am a senior citizen and not tech savvy.
