I had purchased another brand and it was impossible to set up. I was skeptical to buy another one but I decided to try Roku because I could stream PureFlix on it. Very pleased with my purchase. Reasonable price. Easy to set up and use. Would definitely recommend...

Brings new life to an old TV!

Have the Roku 1 and love how I can stream new exciting content via the composite video cables to my old TV set that doesn't have HDMI. Great thing is if I ever decide to upgrade to a new TV, it has HDMI out too. Good stuff.

I bought this because we were using our Wii for interfacing and my netflix kept buffering and was very inconvenient. My husband and I love the Roku and we are going to buy 1 for every room and drop directv.

Enjoying the Roku

I really am enjoying the Roku 1. It has the feature I need for my old tv. The only issue is the ability to switch user for Netflix so I may get the Roku 3 or 4.

Great Product Easy to Use

I have done away with my Cable, saved hundreds of dollars. This was so easy to install, works great, and great Customer Support for minor questions. I would purchase this again, and recommend this product to anyone wanting to get rid of your cable, and save hundreds.
