My Roku offers a wide variety of different ways to enjoy streaming media. A lot is free of charge. The only problem with this product is that you have to point the remote directly at the receiver.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good for a guest room

The TV in my guest room didn't have the correct hookup for the Roku 3 or 4 so I had to buy Roku 1. It works just fine for a room that isn't used daily (according to my guests).

Perfect for older TV's

We love the ROKU so much, we wanted another one for my parents to use. The only problem was their TV doesn't have an HDMI port. We looked into adapters and stuff, but it was too much of a hassle, we wanted simplicity. Then I found out the ROKU 1 has an AV output as well as HDMI. I don't really see much of a difference in terms of speed from my ROKU LT. It's a simple machine that does exactly what it promises and my parents couldn't be happier with it.

I've now had this for over a month and love, love, love it. I'm completely satisfied and looking forward to purchasing another for my bedroom. Eventually plan to completely disconnect from cable.

I bought this to use at home. I use the Sling TV app and love it. Also have downloaded other apps and it works great. Dump Satellite and Cable, use ROKU!

I have used Roku Devices for about 7 years now! Starting with their very first device and upgrading and adding since then. I tried other similar devices including the time I purchased a smart tv & still used my Roku! I will always be a Roku Customer! There are so user friendly and you can do so much with just this small, sleek & great looking box!
