Love the Roku 1. I have an old tv and only has composite connections. Loading is a bit slower than i thought but for an old tv it gives me access to view good stuff still

Nice and small

I hooked this up to a flat screen in our spare bedroom that doesn't have any satellite or cable hookups. Now if someone is in there they can just stream shows or movies any time.

i have been using Roku for years! i love it , i recommend Roku to anyone who will listen. the Roku 1 i just bought about a month ago, it has a huge selection of channels, and the set up is easy, basically plug in and sign in.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Cable is too expensive, with Roku I get my You Tube, Hulu, and Netflex, not to mention Sling with it's own line up of popular channels such as ESPN, tbs, tnt, Lifetime, CNN, tru, HGTV, plus many more channels at a very low cost. Plus Roku has thousands of channels to choose from, how can you go wrong.

Roku 1 works flawlessly for my old pre flat screen tv. Using the iPhone app and you really get the majority of the features with one exception. Netflix only uses the main account and there is no way to switch it. Wish I had read that before buying
