Sound output only 2.1 ,I was hoping 7.1 o a least 5.1, my frozen a lot ,I have to reset often

Not kid friendly on netflix

I have had this for a while now, it's not kid friendly. I bought this for my 4yr. Old to have in his room, I need up having to switch my roku 3 with his roku 1. For example on netflix it doesn't give you the option to change profiles. So he can't go to the kid section of netflix.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
